From the FYP to real life: FYPIRL gives online discovery a home at *SCAPE Updated 9 October 2026 TLDR The FYPIRL Fair brings around 40 beauty, wellness, fashion and lifestyle brands to *SCAPE from 16 to 18 October. Visitors can customise a Theo10 body wash, try Tołpa’s free skin testing and discover fair-only offers. It launches a year-round store connected to the Creator World app and The FYPIRL Show: shoppers can try products, explore creator perspectives through QR codes and hear from the people behind the brands. You’ve seen it on TikTok or a livestream, perhaps more than once. You’ve saved the video and wondered whether the product would work for you. At FYPIRL’s new home at *SCAPE, the next step can happen in person: try a texture, compare products and ask the questions a short video may leave unanswered. Inspired by FYP, or For You Page, and IRL, or In Real Life, FYPIRL brings online discovery into a physical space. Its inaugural fair runs from 16 to 18 October, with around 40 beauty, wellness, fashion and lifestyle brands expected. The three-day event also introduces a year-round store, giving shoppers a place to return to after the fair ends. The fair marks the launch of three connected parts of FYPIRL: a year-round store, the FYPIRL Creator World app and a recurring public live-commerce talk show. Visitors can discover products online, try them at *SCAPE and hear directly from founders, creators and experts, with each experience offering another way to get to know a brand. From watching a product to trying it The store brings online favourites alongside emerging names, with the chance to try before deciding. The wider selection across the store and the FYPIRL Creator World app spans more than 40 brands, including leading Polish dermocosmetics brand Tołpa, Round Lab, DR.PONG, SkinMTX, Jennyhouse, Kwangdong, SSUNSU, Theo10, Revit and Spafoods. The online conversation stays part of the experience. Shoppers can scan QR codes in the store to see what creators have been saying about products, then form their own impressions while holding or trying them. A recommendation on screen becomes something they can explore for themselves. The store is also a place where selected, approved creators can try products before choosing what to redeem through the FYPIRL Creator World app. Their Discovery credits let them put together a selection they personally want to explore, while the store gives that choice a hands-on starting point. Shoppers can encounter those creator perspectives through the same in-store QR codes. Customers can add their own perspectives too. Qualifying genuine photo reviews earn S$1 in store credit, whether the rating is positive or negative. Purchase and review requirements apply, but the reward is for contributing feedback, not praise. Make it your own at the launch fair Theo10, whose body shower oil has sold more than 70,000 bottles on TikTok, is giving visitors a new way to experience the product. For the first time, customers can customise their own fragrance and design a label, with two bottles to take home from the workshop. Theo10 is also making selected fragrances, including its popular Milk and Honey scent, available exclusively at FYPIRL. Workshop booking and fees are separate from fair admission; final public packages and session times will be announced on the fair page. The fair also brings together experiences to explore between the booths: free skin testing with Tołpa, NestBloom’s Skin Hydration Bar and SSUNSU’s frozen Beauty Jelly tasting. Visitors can meet brand teams, ask about the products and discover sampling opportunities and fair-only offers. On 17 October, a special edition of The FYPIRL Show will feature leading Polish dermocosmetics brand Tołpa, whose skincare range is now available at selected Unity stores. The session will explore acne care and skin-barrier repair, bringing the brand’s emphasis on informed skincare choices into an open conversation with the public. Through the collaboration, FYPIRL and Tołpa aim to make skincare education more accessible: visitors can ask questions, try products and better understand how they fit into a routine, while online viewers can interact and shop through the livestream. The session time and final guest line-up will be announced separately. A place to return to The new FYPIRL store has a two-year lease at *SCAPE and is part of the Retail Accelerator at L^IFE, operated by Innovate360 in partnership with the Singapore Retailers Association and supported by Enterprise Singapore. Its year-round presence means shoppers can continue exploring selected brands beyond the launch weekend. Regular customers may have a way to take part too. Those who repeatedly buy a product may be invited to share an authentic video review or explore joining Creator World, with programme access subject to review. Their own experience of a product becomes the starting point. Created by FYPIRL, in partnership with L^IFE Singapore, The FYPIRL Show will continue beyond the fair as Singapore’s first public live-commerce talk show. Hosted by entrepreneur and marketer Gene Kwok, PBM, it brings founders, creators and experts into conversations about entrepreneurship, confidence, wellness and becoming 1% better. The regular programme runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays during a six-month pilot residency at the L^IFE Camping Ground at *SCAPE. The fair runs from noon to 9pm daily across Levels 1 and 2 of *SCAPE. A single ticket covers all three days. Current prices, ticket benefits and workshop arrangements are set out in the event guide below. For visitors, the weekend is a chance to put a familiar online recommendation to the test, meet the people behind a brand or find something they had not been looking for. The store gives that curiosity a year-round home. Media enquiries: Elise | elise@fypirl.com
