A gel-to-microemulsion cleanser from Tolpa's Sebio BHL line, formulated for acne-prone skin with a compromised hydrolipid barrier. It combines the properties of a non-comedogenic emulsion and a gel, foaming lightly on contact with water. Contains Tolpa peat extract, trehalose, ceramide NP, sodium hyaluronate, licorice root extract, and oat extract.
