At FYPIRL, we strive to deliver your orders efficiently and securely. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process and delivery timelines.

01. Where We Ship

We currently ship within Singapore only.

We are working on expanding our shipping coverage and will announce updates through our website and newsletter.

02. Shipping Time

• Most orders arrive within 1–3 working days.
• Deliveries run Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• During busy periods such as launches, sales or campaigns, delivery may take a little longer. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.

03. Shipping Fees

• Orders of $50 and above: free doorstep delivery anywhere in Singapore.
• Orders below $50: a flat delivery fee of $5.
• Store pickup at *SCAPE: always free, with no minimum spend.

The fee that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

04. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available through the courier system.

05. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, FYPIRL is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions, public holidays, or logistics disruptions.

06. Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details entered during checkout are accurate and complete.

FYPIRL is not responsible for lost, delayed, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts.

07. Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

Choose Pickup at checkout to collect your order free of charge from the FYPIRL store at *SCAPE, 2 Orchard Link, #01-05, Singapore 237978.

• Orders are usually ready within 24 hours.
• We'll email you when your order is ready to collect.
• Please bring your order number when you collect.
