At Reverie On Hill, we strive to get your orders to you as efficiently and safely as possible. Please review the following information regarding how we handle shipping.
01. Where We Ship
We currently ship within Singapore only.
We are working on expanding our shipping zones and will announce any updates via our newsletter and website.
02. Shipping Time & Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days.
- Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after processing.
- Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During high-demand periods (such as sales or launches), processing and delivery may take slightly longer.
03. Shipping Fees
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your order value and location, or stated clearly on the product page if applicable.
04. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if applicable).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated by the courier.
05. Delivery Delays
We do our best to ensure timely deliveries, but please note that we are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions, public holidays, or logistics surges.
06. Missed Deliveries or Wrong Address
Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or missed deliveries.
07. In-Store Pickup
Yes, in-store pickup is now available!
Simply select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
