Orders & Shipping
Most Singapore orders arrive within 2-4 working days. Orders placed during a live show sometimes ship the next business day once demand settles.
Yes — free local delivery on all orders above $80 SGD. Below that, a flat delivery fee applies at checkout.
Not yet — FYPIRL currently ships within Singapore only, tied closely to our physical store and live show at *SCAPE.
Yes, you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is packed.
Returns & Exchanges
14 days from delivery, for unopened items in original packaging. Opened items are handled case-by-case — chat with us on WhatsApp first.
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll sort a replacement or refund, no return shipping needed.
Your choice — refund to original payment method, or store credit issued instantly (handy if you're mid-way through a bigger order).
Store Credit & Loyalty
Mostly by showing up: attend a live taping of The Fypirl Show and collect a stamp toward credit (10 stamps = $10), or post an honest video when you repurchase an eligible product. We also recognize verified customers from time to time — full details show up in your account once you've placed an order.
Standard earned credit is valid for 12 months. Occasional flash-deal credit (e.g. launch-event bonuses) may carry a shorter expiry — always shown clearly when it's issued.
Almost everything — a small number of already-discounted or limited-drop items may be excluded, and that's flagged on the product page itself.
Add your FYPIRL card to Apple or Google Wallet to check your credit balance and stamps at a glance, and scan it in-store or at the show for instant account lookup — no app download needed.
Authenticity
Yes — every brand on FYPIRL is a verified, direct partner. Nothing is sourced through resellers or grey-market channels.
We onboard brands deliberately — tested in person at *SCAPE and featured on the show before they go live on the site.
