Refund policy

We want you to love every purchase with Reverie On Hill. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help but please take note of the following guidelines, as all return or exchange requests are subject to approval and must follow the outlined procedures.

1.  Platform-Specific Returns

  • In-store purchases must be returned or exchanged in store.
  • Online orders must go through our online support team.

We are unable to process cross-platform returns or exchanges.

All requests are handled at the discretion of Reverie On Hill, and we reserve the right to reject any that do not meet our criteria.

2. In-Store Return & Exchange Policy

  • Requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase (as shown on your receipt).
  • The original invoice must be presented for any return or exchange.
  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method.
  • Only one-time exchange or return per product is allowed.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability during your visit.
  • Items must be returned in their original sale condition — unused, unopened, and with all seals intact.

Fashion items must be unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

3. Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Change of mind
  • BNR17 Probiotics
  • Liquid lip products
  • Used or opened items
  • Damaged items due to improper care
  • Accessories (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked non-returnable or on sale

Please note: The following are not considered defects:

  • Minor variations in color, print placement, or measurement (within 0.5 - 0.75 inches)
  • Slight asymmetry or seam alignment issues
  • Minor inner lining marks or loose threads
  • Small scratches or light stains
  • Dropped buttons (can be easily sewn back)

4.  Allergies & Natural Materials

For accessories, variations in texture, tone, or size are natural. Freshwater pearls may show small “breathing holes” — this is a normal characteristic, not a defect.

If you have skin sensitivities, please check material details in-store before purchase. We are unable to accept returns due to allergic reactions.

5. What If My Item Is Defective?

We’re truly sorry if your product is faulty. Please bring the item and your original receipt to the store within 7 calendar days. Our team will assess the issue and assist you accordingly. Each case will be handled individually.

6. Cross-Platform Returns

  • In-store purchases must be returned in store.
  • Online purchases must be processed via return shipping to our warehouse.
