  • Certain items may be stocked on a consignment basis and quantities may be limited.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the purchase date stated on the receipt.
  • The original invoice or receipt must be presented.
  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method.
  • Only one exchange per item is allowed.
  • Returned products must be unused and in original condition.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges for items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Singapore only.
  • Shipping fees are calculated during checkout or displayed on product pages.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days.
  • FYPIRL is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
