A concentrated face serum from Tolpa's Sebio BHL line, formulated to soothe redness and irritation while delivering a boost of vitamins, hydrating actives, and lipids to skin dealing with acne lesions. Contains Tolpa peat extract, niacinamide (vitamin B3) and panthenol (B5), trehalose, sodium hyaluronate, urea, ceramide NP, and licorice root extract.
