9 answered

How many do I take, and when?

One capsule a day, taken with liquid. That's the brand's direction and there is no loading dose or cycling schedule to follow.

What is actually in it?

Per capsule: 440 mg nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), 7 mg nicotinic acid (niacin) and 7 mg nicotinamide. The only other ingredient is hypromellose, which is the capsule shell. That is the complete list β€” no fillers, no proprietary blend.

Is it halal?

Yes. Age Hack Energy is halal certified by the Australian Halal Authority & Advisers. Certification is held per product rather than across the whole range, so the certifying body differs between the three Age Hack supplements β€” Protection and Rejuvenation are certified by Australian Halal Food Services.

Why is it blister-packed instead of in a bottle?

Every capsule is sealed on its own in medical-grade alu-alu blister packaging β€” aluminium on both sides, which is the strongest moisture and air barrier used for pharmaceuticals. Each dose stays sealed until you press it out. It is more packaging than a bottle, and that is the trade: a bottle you open thirty times is a bottle you have let the air into thirty times, which matters more here than most places.

Can I take this alongside the other Elivity supplements?

Yes β€” Elivity designs the Age Hack range as a set, with each of the three covering a different part of the picture rather than repeating each other. Age Hack Energy is the NMN one; Age Hack Rejuvenation and Age Hack Protection sit alongside it, and all three are sold together as the Age Hack Pro Bundle. If you take prescription medication, check with your pharmacist before adding any of them.

How long does one pack last?

30 capsules at one a day, so a month.

Is the capsule suitable for vegetarians?

The shell is hypromellose β€” plant cellulose rather than gelatine.

Where is it made, and under what standards?

Made in Australia, in a facility approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and operating to GMP and HACCP standards. Those cover how the product is manufactured β€” they are not an assessment of what it does.

Can I take this if I'm pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication?

Ask your doctor or pharmacist before you start, and bring the ingredient list with you. We're a retailer, not a clinician, and we won't guess on your behalf.
