Cleanse and tone first. Peel the mask off its film and apply the upper and lower pieces to dry skin, pressing gently so they adhere.

Leave on for 3 hours or overnight. The hydrogel gradually melts down as it works.

Remove and pat any remaining essence into the skin. No rinsing needed.
