Can I take it overseas?

Not everywhere. It's rated 230V, so it's built for supply like Singapore, Malaysia, the UK and Australia — it is not a dual-voltage travel dryer. On a 100–120V supply (Japan, the US, Taiwan) it won't run as intended, and a plug adapter on its own does not change the voltage.

What's the warranty?

One year from the date of purchase. Your order confirmation is the proof of that date, so keep it. To start a claim, get in touch through our contact page with your order number.

How heavy is it? Will my arm get tired?

356 g, which is light for a dryer moving this much air. Customers with long or thick hair consistently say it's easier on the wrist than what they used before — one bought it for a mother with arthritis. A couple still notice it by the end of a long dry. It's light, not featherlight.

How quiet is it, really?

Quieter than a normal dryer — most people can hold a conversation over it, and several customers use it at six in the morning without waking anyone. It is not silent. One reviewer said they'd read it described as near-silent and felt that oversold it, and we'd rather tell you that up front.

Is it too hot for a sensitive scalp?

The dryer measures its own air temperature 100 times a second and holds it steady rather than letting it spike. Customers with sensitive scalps say they can hold it closer than their previous dryer, including on the higher setting.

What are the attachments like, and is a case included?

The attachments are magnetic — they snap on with one tap instead of twisting and lining up tabs, and you can swap mid-style in a second. There's no carry case or stand in the box.

Does the handle fold for travel?

No — the handle is fixed, so it takes up a real chunk of carry-on space. If packing size is your priority, this isn't the dryer for it.

How long is the cord?

2 metres.

What power does it draw, and is it safety-marked for Singapore?

1600W at 230V, airflow 84 m/s. It carries Singapore Safety Mark 250380-11.
